Stacy Kurrle, LMT

Stacy has been practicing massage therapy since 2004.  She graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in Anamosa, IA.  After struggling with sports injury related pain in high school, she discovered massage therapy and other alternative health modalities delivered the greatest relief.  This sparked a passion to help others the way massage therapy and bodywork had helped her.  In 2011, Stacy began focused training in Myofascial Release (MFR) with nationally recognized MFR creator and founder, John F. Barnes, PT.  Stacy has since completed over 300 hours of training and continues to refine her skills through continued MFR concentrated education and classes.  She has since evolved from therapeutic massage, much of it deep tissue, to solely utilizing the John F. Barnes MFR approach.  She has found this to be the most effective bodywork for herself and her clients.
